These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of the work we do on your vehicle: that is agreed with you directly before we start.
About this website
This site is here to tell you what we do, where we are, and how to reach us. We keep it accurate, but nothing on it is a promise about a specific vehicle or a specific fault.
Prices and quotes
Nothing on this website is a quote and nothing on it is a binding offer.
Aircon faults are not always what they look like, and we will not guess at a price from a description. We quote once we have looked at the vehicle, and we tell you the price before we do the work.
The forms on this site
The quote and contact forms compose an email in your own email app. They do not submit anything to us. Sending it is your action, not the website's.
Sending us a message does not create a booking or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation.
Reviews and photographs
The reviews shown on this site are taken from our Google Business Profile. They are reproduced as they were written, and we cannot edit or remove them.
The photographs show work that has come through our workshop. They are there to show the kind of work we do, not to promise a particular result on your vehicle.
The work itself
Anything to do with the job, what it costs, how long it takes, what is guaranteed and for how long, is agreed between you and us before we start. It is not governed by this website.
Content on this site
The text, photographs and logo on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for your own use without asking.
Links to other sites
Where we link out to Google, Facebook or TikTok, we do not control what is on those sites and we are not responsible for them.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
Getting hold of us
